Refunds & Returns Policy

At Nine Motorsport, we take pride in the quality of the products we supply and aim to ensure every customer has a smooth shopping experience. The following policy outlines how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Please note all parcels are shipped with transit insurance up to $100 to cover damage that may occur during shipping.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be assessed.

Evidence such as clear photos or videos may be required before a resolution can be determined.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, customers are entitled to choose between:

• A refund

• A replacement product

If the issue is considered a minor fault, Nine Motorsport may choose to:

• Repair the item

• Replace the item

• Provide store credit

Where a return is required due to a confirmed fault, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Nine Motorsport.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes customers change their mind.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, however the following conditions apply:

• All approved returns will be issued as store credit only

• Items must be unused, uninstalled and in brand new resalable condition

• Items must include all original packaging and hardware

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, installed, used or is missing components.

Sale & Clearance Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions or clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Pre Orders

All pre order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee due to supplier processing and administrative costs.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the courier service.

Nine Motorsport is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so a claim can be lodged with the shipping provider.
