Refund policy

At Nine Motorsport we value your business, this is why we take pride in our product quality and your shopping experience as one of our customers. Please note that all packages come insured up to $100 to compensate for any damages incurred during transit/shipping. Below is a summarised list of our Return/Refund Policy.

• If any items from your order arrive defective or incorrect please contact us within 2 days after you received the item.

• For all complaints, evidence will be required in order to determine the best solution and whether a refund is appropriate. 

• We accept, within 30 days for 'change of mind' if you've purchased an item and want a refund. Returned items must be their original packaging and in a brand new (resalable) condition. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. 

•  Returns cannot be made if the item is opened or missing the included hardware. 

• If the product is deemed faulty through no fault of the customer then Nine Motorsport will offer a refund of the original purchase price, equivalent store credit or exchange the product at the customer's discretion - The customer will have a choice between these options.

• Items purchased during a sale or from clearance cannot be refunded and the 30 day change of mind policy does not apply to these products.

• All pre-order cancellations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

• All change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
