Dry Carbon is a premium form of carbon fibre produced using a pre-impregnated (pre-preg) resin process and cured in an autoclave under high heat and pressure. This process ensures an optimal resin-to-fiber ratio, resulting in a lightweight, ultra-strong material with a sleek matte finish. Unlike regular (wet) carbon, which has excess resin, dry carbon eliminates unnecessary weight and provides superior structural performance. Its labor-intensive production method, specialised equipment requirements, and exceptional quality make it more expensive but ideal for high-performance applications in automotive industry.
